HE28 - Type A appliances

Since 1994 the EU requires that all appliances have an energy classification being A the most efficient and G the least. An A type appliances uses 42-55% less energy than an average appliance (B or C). The IDAE (Institute for the diversification and saving of energy) estimates that an A type appliance can save around 600 euros during its lifetime in comparison to a G type appliance.


The Vivienda Verde only has A type appliances installed which esults in lower bills and less carbon emissions.
