US06 - Kitchen fittings

In both the sink and utility room the taps installed with a single tap in 2 phases. The Vivienda Verde uses taps manufactured by Ramón Soler that have the ECOPLUS and TERMOSTOP systems.


The 2 phase system (TERMOSTOP) only allows cold water to pass through when in the central position which saves on energy used to heat water. In normal taps, in the central position a mix of cold and hot water is dispersed. The ECOPLUS system stops the maximum flow unless the tap is moved a second time.
