US23 - Natural lighting

The design of the property has been carried out so as to allow for the maximum amount of natural light to enter the property, especially those that normally do not have windows (corridors, bathrooms, access areas).


The space taken up by the windows must represent at least 5% of the total surface space of the property. In the case of the Vivienda Verde, the percentage is much higher.
